The Policy, Performance and Development Division is Led by the Chief People and Performance Officer. The Divison is headed by the Head of Policy, Performance and Managment and comprises of the following sections:-

Democratic Services

The Democratic services section is made up of three sub sections, Executive and Scrutiny support; Print Room and Mailroom Services and Reception .

This division provides support to ensure that the democratic process in the decision making of the Authority is carried out. The section supports the executive and scrutiny committees and the other statutory meetings of the authority.

The Print Room provides print and photocopy services to all departments of the Council and the section also provides Mail and Courier services across the Authority.

Policy

This section assists in promoting the community plan, corporate consultation strategy, quality of life pilot study and co-ordination of the health, social care and well being strategy with the local health board.
