The Resources Directorate provides the traditional financial services of a Unitary Council – Accountancy, Exchequer, Financial Policy, Audit and Revenues, along with the central IT functions for the Council.
The Directorate prides itself on providing quality services to the community and its in-house clients, having achieved a mainly ‘low risk’ rating in the Council’s recent Corporate Risk Assessment.
Nonetheless we are not complacent and have a proactive improvement plan to help both ourselves and the Council in meeting its modernisation agenda.
