David Waggett was redesignated Corporate Director Resources following a restructure of the Council in April 2005. He was appointed to the position of Director of Resources in July 2001, having previously been the Divisional Manager, Exchequer and Audit with the Authority since November 1995.
David is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy. His professional background since 1980 has been within financial management and accountancy at Blaenau Gwent.
