A payroll service is provided for the Council and its employees that includes the provision of advice to employees and employing Departments on pay related matters.

A payments service is provided to our clients for the Council’s suppliers of goods and services.

An insurance and risk management service which aims to minimize the Council’s exposure to risk and to encourage risk management initiatives that promote the safety and well being of the people of Blaenau Gwent.

We assist in the governance arrangements of the Council through controls and checks on payments.
